Upon returning to home to play professionally in her home state, Sam Poolman identified a pathway gap for young girls wanting to turn their sporting passion into something more.

Sam founded program called Aspire Netball to assist athletes to reach their goals and be a part of something bigger than just the game.

Aspire assists local netballer's not only in becoming successful on the court; it helps develop the life skills and personality traits that are vital to a career as an athlete.

Aspire Development is targeted for players between 11-15 years of age.
​
The three-week program focuses on the importance of skill development, injury prevention, education on landing technique, warm up and cool down education, attack, defence and creating thinking athletes through game sense. It is an opportunity for players to receive coaching by professional player and local, Sam Poolman.

This is a unique opportunity and is designed to enhance the skills of the players and is hosted by local Associations in the Hunter region!
