The coronavirus pandemic has provided us a chance to upskill as coaches and prepare for the return of netball. Aspire Development is launching online coaching workshops delivered by Elite and High-Performance coaches.

As coaches we don’t often prioritise our own development, but this is your chance. Our first series will be four online workshops. You can register for one workshop only, however we highly recommend completing all four. Each workshop has been carefully thought out and planned by those who have years of experience. On completion of the course, you will leave knowing the hidden gem’s coaches often don’t learn and how to best set your program or team up for success.

Before and after each workshop you will have the opportunity to ask your own questions.

Scroll below to register for a single workshop or a package which we highly recommend. These workshops are open to all aspiring coaches from Club, School to Rep level. The minimum required is a foundation coaching accreditation.

We understand that dates and times won't suit everyone with netball going back. If you wish to register and are unavailable you must tick the box when registering so we can provide the recording to you prior. The day after our workshop you will be sent session notes and also a log in to our website where you can watch the session back. You will only have access for the recording for 48 hours.

BONUS – if you register for all four online workshops you will be treated as our VIP. At the end of 2020 we have a “selection” day through our Aspire programs. The day prepares athletes for selections. Provides knowledge of what selectors look for, how to best prepare and perform. As a VIP coach you will be invited to attend to watch a high performance coach run a live session, You will have access to ideas on drills, their purpose and expectations from the players. Limited places are available and this is free when you sign up for our online workshop package.

"A good coach is someone who not only has good understanding in the sport, but also gets their athletes to believe in themselves. A good coach inspires their players to do more than they think they can, while also listening to the player and being able to form a trusting bond"
