Invited players for our 15 years Aspire Ambition. Our program is delivered across a six week block at Hunter Sports High and Wests Mayfield.

Sessions will be delivered across Hunter Sports High School and Wests Mayfield (Newcastle Knights former facilities).
Athletes will be on field or court conditioning (running) and netball specific training. We will also be using the gym when we are at Knights Facilities and athletes will be provided a program to complete on their own during the week.
WEAR | Plain white singlet/shirt and black shorts/tights
BRING | Plenty of water, food/snacks, towel and anything else you need to perform
COMMUNICATION | Players will be added into a Whats App group for direct communication and reminders
